Trying to get enough energy to "catch up" and have..kinda...anyway, will say a mostly uninformed,
Hullo out there to you all in HH land and "hope" that all is well...
("There is always hope"....thanks Arwen, where ever you are... I sure "hope" "Hope" gets over here pretty soon.)
Ever have those days where you feel like your entire "family and home system" could just fall right off the edge? Well I had a good one today.
And whoever invented "junk mail", I hope you have repented of it for the sake of your immortal soul. I had to repent cursing you today, for the sake of my sanity.
I will try to go back and "catch up" better so that I might communicate to you all here in a manner more suitable for polite conversation.

When I was a Cub Scout Den Co-Leader, I'd have LOVED to be able to do that once or twice!!! Well, all these kids had been in that program for 4 to 5 years. They knew what was expected. And they should've known that I was capable of dealing with them. :-)
But, since they seemed to have forgot, I showed 'em! Wasn't exactly easy getting 'em both and getting 'em tied up. But, the other leader was loving it. He thought I did all right!

Chaos Theory is fascinating stuff, dealing with some of the fundamental ways the universe works. Not just weather modeling anymore. There's some application of chaos theory to computer and network systems management these days.
As networked computer systems become more interconnected and inter-reliant, then they become more biological in scope. Diagnosis of malfunction becomes more a matter of opinion and less a matter of fact. The complexity if interreaction of various complex systems starts to approach weather modeling in the number of discrete variables.
Chaos, it is. :-)

Hi there. What other topics are you on to? Having kilt lifters?
Tammie is on her way over and we're going out for coffee. She needs to get away from her kids. And I don't mind just going and hanging out. See ya later!

I don't think I've caught up appreciably. Perhaps I won't. Anything happening that I should know about in advance??
To: mstar
Hi mstar. Hope all is well with you today. We are all good here I think! Sure there is always "hope!"
We will pray for your family and home system. God will come through for you!!! He always does!!!

Wasn't exactly easy getting 'em both and getting 'em tied upI can only imagine!! LOL!
Actually, I never had to take the boys camping when I was a Den co-Leader. The other leader's husband took Leader and Camping training, and HE and all the other dads took the boys. We told them that we did the week to week stuff with them, so they could do the infrequent camping trips. The most memorable one for SSQ was the overnight on the Battleship Massachusetts in Fall River. He didn't sleep a wink cause of all the snoring dads. He said the sound just reverberated inside that steel hull!! LOL!

Well, usually in the advanced portion of our program there was one adult for every 2 kids. Cause we did a lot of stuff in small groups. That one year - raining and all - a bunch of people just didn't show up. So, me and this other guy took those 7 kids. It was a fun and memorable experience. But, definitely an adventure!!! I was in my element those days. I played practical jokes, snuck up on those kids in the dark and scared the daylights out of 'em and got 'em lost in the woods at night. Only they were lost.... and I snuck off the trail knowing we were 20 feet from camp.
