OMG.. I am hysterical laughing at your post.... Thank goodness most of my memories of my own girls going thru this is faded, but with Jessie it has not.

I heard all these stories, just like that, over and over.. The friends used to call here. I was Jessie's answering machine...if they couldn't reach her at home..(because she wasn't answering at home) It went on for about a year I think.

There is hope at the end of the tunnel, as it does change.. Unfortunately there will be another variation, but not quite as bad. Things are looking up now, She's twelve, the phone doesn't ring so much, the fighting has stopped, and she actually has many friends now and they don't fight. That ten to eleven year stage was horrendous. Everyone trying to beat the other one out. It was impossible for three girls or more to get along, (I told her that) and they were always fighting for position amongst the pack.

Hold on, and go into the liiiight!!!!....lol.

Well she FINALLY stopped calling .. for now. Gran if it's not one thing it's another. Mike even snapped at her this weekend at the way she's been acting.

I swear it's this one friend. Jessie has never had any problems making friends .. but this one friend won't let her be friends with any one else unless it's okay with her. I have no why Jessie does whatever she says .. I just told her that she needed an attitude and stop falling for this crap all the time .. it's working ... for now.

Now I have the VI's over, one is watching spy kids down stairs .. Carly is watching sponge bob in the living room and Dana is bugging to use the TV in my room because she doesn't like what everyone else is watching .. groan

AAAaaahhhh.. youth... I remember it well.
I miss the energy of youth, the ability to take a good sized bump and heal quickly from it, but I do not miss the other things that went with it.
