I wouldn't have a Business Jet. But short of structural failure (RARE) small planes can be safely landed in most engine failure situations.

you're assuming that suitable landing places can be found. I know that they will come down, the question becomes in how many pieces.

I flew in a turbo prop once and never prayed so much on a flight. Had a baby and a preschooler with me and was scared to death the entire time.
