I may be imagining things, but isn't this Arch Rock in Valley of Fire State Park in
Nevada?
I know it is. It's about 50 miles NE of Las Vegas.

There's an Arch Rock in Joshua Tree National Park, CA. Not to be confused with Elephant Arch Rock, NV.
