I don't understand why folks are so exercised about the Dixie Chicks, unless it is that they are disappointed that these girls aren't up to the standards of hero-worship that we are so wont to put on entertainers. Why is it a surprise that Natalie Maines is an air-headed bimbo? And you expected something else?
