The DC's would have lost my support because of their recent remarks, except they already had lost it long ago when they sang their "hit", "Earl's Gotta Die".

You are one of the few who has posted this. I lost interest in the Dixie Chicks as personalities when they released this song. Can you imagine someone releasing a light-hearted song like that about a man killing his wife? They would still be screaming about it today! However, very few ever commented on "Earl."
