And she has the experience in exactly what to consult someone about exactly what, I wonder? Exactly. AA used to hire kids fresh from school, put 'em thru a six-week course (probably on maximizing billing) and called 'em "consultants". These poor kids did'nt even know which questions to ask.
And of course client management ate it up.
