Hello and good afternoon....sunny and warmish and bright here in the Pacific Northwest today....all the more sunny for me, as BigDom is packing and preparing for his trip to Florida....

But he always gets squirrely just before he goes on a trip...starts hissing and pissing, and just acting weird(or weirder than normal)....the few days leading up to his trips, are always terrible....

The airporter bus arrives here tomorrow evening at 6:40pm...I wish it was coming at 6:40am, so I could get him out of here and on his way....

But tomorrow evening will be here soon enough, and once the airporter bus, toting BigDom along, leaves my driveway, I shall throw up a cheer, and have a drink, to celebrate...I love the big guy, but love my time away from him...

Dizzy will probably miss him more than I do...because when BigDom is around, Dizzy always looks forward to his petting session, when Dom returns from work at 5am....so when BigDom is not around, Dizzy takes to waking me up, around that time, to pet and play with him for a while....

Anyway, thats it from here this afternoon...getting ready to cook that Prime Rib dinner this evening, and the fat turkey is thawing out in the sink, and will be cooked tomorrow....(this leaves me with lots of leftovers, so while the BigDom is gone, my cooking chores will be at a minimum, thank goodness, I now have a slight reprieve from the stove)....
