I am soooo sick of this. Carpooled in to work with hubby today, his truck has 4-WD, which works much better than my AWD truckie. We don't have the luxury of following the government schedule for weather closings..lol.

If Darks doesn't point some global warming in this direction ASAP, we are all doomed.

So you got to work ok..that's good. Boy your area got hit hard this year, didn't? All the way around, with the sniper and all. You've had one hell of a year kiddo.

I'll bet you can't wait till real spring.. ;)

Remember, you'll be planting flowers before me.. We were sooo late last year because of the weather..

The immediate area around here is covered in black ice.
Though, most roads aren't a problem.
It's the side roads that are nightmares.
But there are always people doing 25 in the 55 zone here terrified that the evil nasty sentient black ice is going to miraculously appear in the middle of a dry road and send them to their deaths.

And then there's the guys who want to do 70 in a 55 zone on black ice that is there..... Never mind that they're fishtailing and sliding all over, they've got 4 wheel drive and think they can do it. Never mind that while not all cars have 4 wheel drive, they all have 4 wheel brakes.....

Yes, lower New York is an interesting place to set up shop and observe the humans...
Oops, did I just type that?
