I got to hear a few minutes of Rush today. He had some stupident peace protester on that he had called a valley girl. It was classic Rush... called her a walking cliche. Said at 19 she thinks she knows everything, and that her stand was not couragous... too funny!

Whatever happened to the World Peace Bell?

When the World Peace Bell rang in the year 2000, 35,000 people crowded the downtown Newport site for a multi-cultural festival.

Two years later, the crowd that gathered for a New Year's Eve prayer service fit into two buses.

The bell has become a tourist attraction that isn't attracting the way it first was envisioned.

A group of public relations professionals and community activists are trying to change that. They are looking for ideas that could push the bell into national prominence again.

More time than that. march 18 is the full moon. We are not gonna start the air war then. The light would make optical tracking of our stealth aircraft possible.

Unless we have some new totally secret optical stealth capabilities, we will have to wait till close to the dark of the moon, which is April Fools Day.
