OK, I'll answer before someone asks....

The reason that guy in the middle looks like he's just wearing either a diaper or some underwear is that the band is No Doubt, and he's their drummer. He's famous (or infamous) for performing naked at their concerts, hidden by the drums, of course.

I only know because my daughter is a big fan, (she's 23, not of an impressionable age anymore). Actually the band produces some really good music, especially their older SKA sound, they just have a few......quirks.....
