BB King was just asked about political comments during the war and he said "I think that there are going to be alot of things said tonight that I don't agree with."
Way to go B.B!

I forgot to add to my list of concerts...
My concerts: Billy Squier, Def Leppard, Ratt/Bon Jovi, Kiss/Krokus, Ozzy Osbourne, Rolling Stones, Peter, Paul & Mary, John Denver, Gypsy Kings/Chieftans, Jethro Tull...(oops, it was Chieftans/Jethro Tull, 'cos Ian Anderson came out and played his flute with the Chieftans).
In addition to these, I've also seen Bill Monroe & the Bluegrass Boys (he played at NCSU), and I went with my dad to see Ray Price last year...I like my dad's generation of country music...Ray Price still has a great voice, even though he's something like 80 yrs old by now.

(Well it's good that you're fine and I'm fine. I agree with you. It's great to be fine.)

Pick up a copy of Screaming for Vengence or Painkiller. Better than anything i have heard the last 10 years. The new Priest with Ripper Owens is more for the Pantera crowd. Its okay, but i like the older stuff.

Limpie said he hoped we were "all in agreeance(sic)"..
What a prick....wish Everlast had whipped his butt.
Has anyone else noticed that every presenter coupling aside from Harvey and Rod is both gender and racial/ethnic diverse? They really push this MTV view of the world don't they?

Don't feel out of touch. There are many more bands than what are getting played.
The music industry sold the public poster idols crooners in 1959 and 1960 as they tried to say rock and roll was dead.
It doesn't mean that other music isn't being done.
Oh man, Robin IS BOMBING! Get that man off the stage!
To: jhofmann
Actually, I was thinking Fred Durst looks like he's lost some weight. I guess dating Britney Spears would force any guy to hit the Stairmaster.

Oh CRAP I forgot the best of all!!! Elvis Presley in 1976 (the year before he died). I live in Atlanta too. I paid a scaper $400 (my entire monthly take home pay) for a ticket in the second row. It was the experience of my life and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. I ate peanut butter and walked for a month. Unless you heard Elvis in person you couldn't believe what a voice he had. He was sick, dying really, forgetting things, but his voice never failed him. "Hurt" was a big hit then and when he sang it his voice had such POWER and range. I'm getting goosebumps thinking about it.
