I am not a graduate of Canoe University but I have dealt with a number of Naval Officers over the years. As a general rule the ethics of most officers were quite good but there have always been slimeballs. There always will be slimeballs among any group.

The change in the ethics instruction being given is such that I believe it may well lead to increasing the percentage of slimeballs among the Naval Officer Corps.
