I really liked Jeanne Garafolo in 'The Truth about Cats and Dogs.' She has a self-depracting humor that appeals to me. But it gets tiring that these celebrities think that after they get famous, that they now have all the answers, and that important government officials should listen to them.

Well, I think Jessica Lange beats the heck outta Meryl Streep in the dramatic actress category and have always been a stalwart fan - until she appeared as one of the speakers for the Washington, DC anti-American, alleged anti-war rally a few weeks ago. No more Jessica Lange flicks for me.

In fact, I will not be seeing much of Hollywood in the future, except maybe the famous sign when I have to go out there for work. I hate going out there. Give me San Diego any day.

goodnesswins has a list of the Hollywood people who are against the war, and have been vocal about it. All of a sudden, going to their movies and/or watching their TV shows isn't very appealing.

I should have put in my comments that I used to be a fan of hers, she really hasn't done much the past few years, and has become unfunny. I wonder why celebrities like Rosie O'Donnell, Ellen Dengeres don't realize that their popularity depended upon their talents as comedians, and as sooon as they start spouting off, their star starts to dim.
