Normally spoiling would be the order of the day, but he has flu and is pretty much lying on the sofa most of the day. This is going around his school and they have a 25% absentee rate right now.

My daughter-in-law took him to the doctor on Monday because he had been sick since Saturday morning. He said it is a virus and there isn't much to do except keep him drinking fluids and give him Motrin for the fever. It takes about a week to get over it, according to the doctor.

He will be here again today...just got the call. I thought he would be because his temperature started to spike up yesterday afternoon.

Another day of cartoons! Even HE is getting bored with them!

gd is having a problem as well, will be going to the doc today. It makes me feel so helpless to see the young so sick, nothing you can do but watch them be sick. But oh what fun when they get to feling better, my gd works me like a clock cause she knows she can get away with it.
