Reason:
You've been suspended one day for a racist reply.

Since then I have used the Private Reply, the Report Abuse, thread posting (http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/838084/posts?page=88#88) and email in an attempt to find out just what I am being accused of posting without a SINGLE RESPONSE from any Admin Moderator, nor Jim or John.

How do I apoligize to the offended person if I can't figure out what I am supposed to have said? I haven't been able to locate any replies I have posted that have been withdrawn.Was there an error and I was suspended when it wasn't my Reply?

Does anyone know just how we are supposed to go about contacting the person in charge of suspensions to determine if we can get a quote?

That's what Pete said. His tag didn't render it sarcastic. I thought it was a very good point Pete made and it doesn't take but the meagerest reading comprehension skills to divine whether that's a supportive or critical post.

Your friend had a short suspension and he posts an entire new whiney thread about it: he looks entirely like a POOR SPORT . . . . Oh, except to you. By your standards, his conduct is "classy."

You seem to have elected yorself the spokesperson for everyone on FR. The AM replied and B4Ranch apologized. Therefore, his thread seems to have produced results, unlike your whining about his whining.

At least he served his country instead of being a little sidelines cheerleader who actually thinks writing a letter or sending an email is the height of valor.

People like you really should let the spouses take care of their soldiers. WE don't need attention-grabbing nannys who cry crocodile tears for them one minute and insult them the next.

oh my goodness. LOL, I'm a very active member of the DC Chapter. Spend hours each week on actual activism. This very evening I'm being teased for being too active on another thread.

I didn't presume to know a thing about him -- you presume wrongly about me -- other than that he was posting a self-indulgent vanity thread.

Which he surely did.

Against, by the way, not my rules, but Free Republic's rules. Which asks its members not do this whiney stuff. Hence you'll find other posts here asking why he bothered.

Hmm, well, actually on 2/15 there's going to be a nationwide Freep of support for the soldiers in several cities -- us DC chapter people are joining up with the NYC crowd, Houston and it looks like Colorado are doing a Freep. To show support for our troops.

I never write letters to the editor. Closest I've come to that is getting a couple of news articles published by calling the write reporter at the right time about frontline activism. With respect to which, by the way, I don't recognize your name. I'm not the armchair activist: I put my money where my mouth is. I'm out there, honey, which like most people who actually Freep know. Perhaps you Freep and it's all I secret. I don't presume to know. But no, I don't just launch little posts in cyberspace and think I'm changing the world.

My logic -- that he shouldn't waste bringing down the site and whining about such things -- stands. It's absolutely correct. Vanity threads -- especially these whiney ones -- are stuff that if you post, you'll find people like me showing up and saying "cut it out." If you do it, we will come.

Hope to see you out there as a part of operation infinite Freep on 2/15! I gather from your post that you also detest people who just post in cyberspace and think they're changing the world. So grap a sign and drive to the nearest Infinite Freep and show your support for the troops. Or, you know, you and your friends you keep posting negative vanity threads on this cyberspace. Yes I do. My husband is Army Reserve. My father is retired Army. On a previous post, I've talked about his strokes and the fact that I take care of him now that he's come home from the VA. Enjoy your activism.
