Maureen -
1) Our homes are not constructed to deal with it.
2) Our roads are not constructed to deal with it.
3) What mass transit we have is not constructed to deal with it.
4) And the main reason that we dread it - our pinhead drivers are not constructed to deal with it.
In other words, we suck in bad weather. Big time.

In other words, we suck in bad weather. Big time I've noticed .. LOL It's snow .. it will melt .. especially in Texas
Got a heater .. turn it on
When driving .. drive slow and steady and NEVER slam on the brake .. as long as you're not stuck on a hill you'll be fine
In other words .. slow down and also the day it snows .. stay home

Well the sun is shining here!! We can't believe it.! We are gonna pay for this sooner or later. This is an orchard area and the water restrictions are gonna be brutal. No spring run off = no water. Also, the trees and grape vines may just start budding and then we'll get a sudden freeze. That will be curtains for the growers for this year. My plants are starting to sprout out of the ground???? It's totally bizarre.
