LIZA MINNELLI and David Gest got back to NYC from London in time to straighten out the real date for their one-year anniversary party at the Regent Hotel downtown. The bash takes place April 14. Among the invited guests will be Betsy and Walter Cronkite on whom Mr. Gest has an enormous crush. Don't we all?
