Subject: Trauma

What with all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week. Larry LaPrise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Pokey" died peacefully at age 93.

The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left foot in... and then the trouble started.

Artist Wins Award to Perform... Artist Won't Perform

The cancellation will not effect the amount of cash Mr Stitt will receive though. Mr Stitt is performing eight other pieces as part of the town's art project, including locking himself in derelict house and remodelling it using stuffed preserved albino animals, crematorium ash cans, vinyl lettering and talcum powder.
