Cape Coral is almost entirely zoned for single family housing. There are very few multiple family units or condos and no government subsidized housing projects. With over 400 miles of navigable canals, this city is one of the largest waterfront communities in the country.
Cape Coral is the second largest city by land mass in the state of Florida. With over 400 miles of navigable canals, many with access to the Gulf of Mexico, it is truly a water wonderland. The city has more than tripled in population just during the past 10 years.
This is sounding better and better - no tenants.

Yep, that's right.. They have some Duplexs for sale or rent scattered here and there,but it's a family community for sure.
They are building like crazy here tho, and the water lots are going fast. Of course the closer you are to the river the more money they cost. One of/or the owner of Hooters just bought a river-side lot for four and a half mil. for the lot alone.. Gaaaaaaaaad!!!!
