Gosh Ron, if I were you when the vote was taken I would have stood up for my principles and walked out leaving my rep. seat empty until the next election.

In the summer of 1998, when Hamza first went public with his story about Saddam's relentless desire for the Bomb, much of the press ignored him. The country was transfixed by the saga of Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky.

Not to mention that in 1998, the president himself couldn't have cared less.
