OK, questions first:
What version of Windows?
How long has this been going on?
Is there only one PC or are you networking others?
If you are networking others is it wireless?
Who is your DSL Provider?
That should get me started.

Sorry I didn't get back on until now.
We have Windows ME ( I know, terrible)
We had excellent service for one year. Then, last year service was awful.
This is for a single pc.
SBC is the DSL provider.
My screwy fix is to hook up to an audio channel to keep the line busy, so my line doesn't drop. When we have ten windows open looking for price look-ups that sure slows us down.
If you have any ideas I'll love you for life. Well, at least until June or July! hehehe
