Using an identical matrix, Mylroie also makes a good case the 9/11 attack was too. Iraq trains terrorist, harbors terrorists, and funds terrorist acts too. With that in mind, a war against state sponsored terrorism is an unjust war? "

Now I see something VERY troubling if this report is true, and I have seen the book adverted on WND. My huge problem is this: If this is true, then our federal officials have LIED en masse to the American people. Does that not bother you???? This is not a case of protecting sources, which could expose places we will bomb, which is a different thing. NO, here we have a Clintonista official willing to say we KNOW Saddam was linked. IF we are being lied to on such a grand scale, that frigthens me. IF, and I say if, the book mentioned is true, then we must demand that our public SERVANTS come clean. What's up? Don't you think 95% of Americans would agree to bomb BAgdad off the map tomorrow morning if these allegations were true????

I hope someone can speak for the list about what I consider to be a valid point of govt. duplicity. We are not sheep, we can take the truth. The commies lie to their own, we don't.

If the allegations are NOT true, then the torture of Iraqi children is not worth my American son's blood. Sorry if that sounds cruel. Mulliner can vouche that I am not a cruel man, but have compassion. If my son were called by almighty God to go and preach the gospel of Jesus with Iraqi Muslims, and died doing so, I would be honored.

Once again, are we going to fight and "restore" liberty to Sudan, North Korea, Zimbawbe, etc. where more children have been killed than in Iraq???? What Bush said about liberty at the end of his speech was great rhetoric, but lousy history. Why is it that Liberty has flourished in ChRISTIAN nations, and is usually trampled on in Muslim/atheist countries??? It was the distinct belief of those who sacrificed all to establish the Constitution and defend vs. British crimes, that liberty could ONLY survive among a religous people, and by that they meant Jesus lovers, not Jihadists!!!!

What, do American conservatives now believe it is our Divine duty to establish liberty in the world?

As for evil Saddam, can't the most powerful nation on earth figure out some way to kill the madman. Pay people to do it? Send in special opps to kill him? Blow up his family's hometown and kill all his relatives? How about a blockade of BagDad, old fashioned kind, where food and electricity and planes to not enter until the citizens present the head of Saddam. Well, I applaud the men and women of American forces who are willing to die, it is an awesome wilingness indeed. I am still glad the White House reports that Bush is considering two more speeches, cause this is one citizen who is not yet convinced all that American blood should be spilled just yet....

Greetings LibertyBelt, FReepers, et al:

The book is at the public library. It's pretty hard to put down once you start. And very well sourced. Am I outraged over the dishonesty of the Clinton Administration? You bet! Even perjury was not beneath the President of the United States.

Iraq has a growing Christian population. Christians know the power of prayer.

"To seige, or not to seige?" When it comes to battlefield tactics and strategy, I'll leave that for the experts.
