No, you have never seen weather like Houston. At all times of the year, there is something that is going to cause your allergies to react. You sneeze or cough throughout the year. It's just the nature of the beast. I have never heard anyone really explain it. We also have a lot of rain that makes everything damp.

Freekitty,
Thanks for the heads up on the allergies, mine have damped down but my wife's are always a problem. Sounds like another nudge to Dallas.
The CCW permit is a permit to carry a concealed handgun. The ability to do that does wonderous things to the crime rate.
With what the firearms laws look like it should be close to Nirvana for my wife and I, we're both firearms junkies!

LOL I have lived in Houston for 60+ years, that would be just about all my life. I have allergies. I was talking about the weather, you know temperature, humidity, sun, wind, that kind of stuff. Houston has some of the most fabulous winter weather in the country. Clear cool, low humidity, sunny. Where can you play golf in shirts sheeves over Christmas & New Years? We have a very long growing season & wet periods that encourage mold. You had better check your house for hidden mold you might have a very serious problem.
