Funny how that works

No, it isn't funny.
I was originally in Bill Archer's district when I bought this house in 1979... some very ugly gerrymandering sucked me into Queen Sheila's Domain of Evil. I'm about 7 blocks from Culberson's district.

The Texas Legislature has the opportunity to redistrict Congressional lines this session.

Culberson's district is 90% Republican. We need to redraw it so that it's about 60% Republican, and push some of those voters in Chris Bell's district.

So there's some hope that you could end up with someone other than Queen Sheila as your congresscritter.
