You could possibly be right..but the jury still supports the van dams.. they showed up for the sentencing hearing..they didn't show up feeling regret. You should read the transcripts from when the van dams, prosecutors and jury foreman were on johnwalsh.tv and read to the comments from the jury foreman. It was quite good. He completely explained the jury's position.

I wouldn't doubt what you say about the jury, and their feelings about the trial.

The trial members of the Timothy McVeigh case are, I am sure, satisfied with their decision, but were they right ?
