Tell ya, now understand, I am TOTLLY against this, I am going to heart rehab today, sheesh, if I sat on my can all day and did nothing I could understand it but, farm work, walking, yard work? I am gonna lift some 3 lb weights and that is going to rehab my heart? d INSIST that I go and the dr SUGGESTED IT once, what to do with these kids nowadays.

I suppose it can't hurt to go to rehab......It just seems like a waste of time, doesn't it, especially with all your walking and other activity? Oh well; if it makes d happy, then it's worth it, right?
