Record breaking Nor'easter hits on Christmas Day...upwards of two feet of snow have been recorded and many airports and major highways were shut down.

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Good Morning to you all this Post-Christmas Day from snowy New York.

It looks like we got just about one foot of the white stuff.

It made for a fairly quiet day yesterday.

My brother and his family made it in after about a 1+ hour drive (he only lives about 25 miles away!!) and it was a blast having the little ones here for Christmas day.

Hope each and everyone of you had a great day also.

Kay, enjoy your next few days of Christmas.

Good Morning, Neets. Only a small flurry of snow here, nothing that stuck to the ground.

I've got Fox n Friends on in the background. Several folks were unable to get in to work due to bad roads.

Good Morning Sweetie!!

Most of the roads around here look pretty well cleared..the snow is plowed up to the bottom of the Mail Box and it looks pretty outside.

I think the snow has ceased for the most part here...

Everyone is still sleeping, so I can't turn the TV on yet, and after yesterday I feel kinda news deprived..

Good morning! I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

The Coopster got to come to Christmas Eve, and then went in to plow snow, plowed all night, got home at 6AM in time for Santa, and then took a few hours of nap-time before his in-laws arrived, then left home at 5PM yesterday to plow snow again! He did manage to squeeze all festivities into that 24 hour period, but I will bet he is not going to have trouble sleeping tonight!

The Scout Reindeer was the highlight of Christmas Eve. Nathan did a double take and said "Where's my coat?!!?" Emma was so excited she ran out onto the back porch without shoes on!! LOL! A great time fo all of us.

Today is my husband's birthday, so once he wakes up I may not be here much today, either. I just wanted to say hi to everyone.

Morning Ladies! It is a brisk 35 here. We had a good Christmas. Never left the house. It rained all day. So sorry to hear many are having trouble getting around this a.m. due to bad weather.

A GOOD A.M. TO ALL YOU WORN OUT 'SANTAS AND MRS. SANTAS' FROM THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA!!!!

What a day for gd and one thing for sure, the Barbie stock must be going thru the roof today sheesh, didn't know there were so many different ones on the market er, USE to be on the market, they are at her house now. She played with them all day, oh the innocence of little girls and boys, sweet as can be.

I have shot my diet which means big time work on it starting tomorrow, gotta rest up first to get back in the grove. Lined out some new routes for walking but know I will end up back on the 'sands of the Gulf of Mexico'

Got me a fancy sweat suit, problem is that it is too big, would have fit a couple months ago but not now. No taking it back today d said, ain't no way we are going to fight the crowds so we will wait a couple of days.

My day was extreamly rough and it spilled over into last night, did not sleep worth a darn and they say time heals, NOT!!!!

Betcha lots of leftovers will be eaten today and probally for the next several days as well. Oh yeah, gotta buy those black-eye peass today for new years, that is a must, it brings good luck to you all year so don't YOU forget to fix you and your family some for news years day.

'Thank you Lord for allowing us to spend this wonderful time of the year with our families'.

Morning Neets!

Looks like I'm running a bit late this morning. It's kinda hard to get motivated to come into a near deserted office the day after Christmas. But I have to admit, it sure is nice and quiet!

Hope you had a most excellent Christmas!

Good Snowy Morning to all from southern New Hampshire! We hunkered down in our home for our last Christmas in New England and watched the snow storm hit! Our yellow Lab pup Caesar alternately chewed on rawhide bones (Tough toenails, PETA!) and dashed out on the deck with Jack to wallow through the snow. Dad just admired the snow pile up on the cleared deck and totally readied outside, knowing he didn't have to get up at "Oh-Dark Thirty" to clear the driveway and go to work. The Duchess was looking at the clothes the Duke got her and finally got the hint that while she was getting older, she wasn't getting that much older!

I hope all of you are having safe and precious times with loved ones! Again...MERRY CHRISTMAS...and a HAPPY, PROSPEROUS AND POLITICALLY INCORRECT NEW YEAR!
