"Mr. Malvo's lawyers filed a complaint in November charging that the juvenile's placement in an adult detention center, as well as the condition of his cell, were "overly harsh and cruel." I can't understand what kind of person could be a defense attorney sometimes.....

Here is a local story, that I heard on the radio yesterday. I notice that Fox News has picked it up.

St. Joseph (Missouri) woman accused of defrauding disaster relief organizations

This woman fabricated a brother who was "killed" in the 911 attacks, and collected $64,000 from the Red Cross and various relief organizations.
