That's exactly right. Lott's always been a spineless zero. If Lott actually believed anything he had been saying or voting for, he would have been explaining to the folks at BET why affirmative action is demeaning, racist and counterproductive to the cause of human rights, not jumping on the bandwagon in a pandering fit of frenzy.

Amen sister! And for him to say; "I'm not sure we in America, certainly not white America and the people in the South, fully understood who this man was; the impact he was having on the fabric of this country." is so outrageous!

My mother taught me all about the plight of blacks in this country, all about what a great man King was and we got LOTS of instruction in school about King. And please keep in mind all of my schooling was here in the great state of Florida.

Lott has got to be at least 20 years older than myself, so if he's so stupid that he doesn't know about the kind of impact King had on the fabric of this country, he needs to step down as majority leader and then the people of Mississippi need to vote him out next election.

But we all know Lott is not stupid, he's just a plain ole LIAR!

Good-bye Lott!!!!
