My Dad used to make chocolate fudge for Christmas each year... one pan with nuts, one pan without. I only ate from the plain pan... I don't like anything getting in the way of my chocolate.

Heh, my Dad's fudge recipe was better than my Grandma's recipe...

I like plain fudge best most of the time, too. And plain chocolate, if it's GOOD chocolate, is wonderful stuff...
