I'm curious if anyone is up for a Freep.

It seems that there is a Freeper who is his getting jollies out of anonymously flooding the keyword sections of various TTT threads with garbage and insults about those who enjoy the LoTR stories and movies. It is an abuse of the keyword function and beneath the standard of discourse found on FreeRepublic.

Now, I can handle a little name calling in good fun and spirited debate as can, I presume, most Freepers and HHers. However, if you peruse the threads in question you'll see that the insults being hurled are particularly infantile and do not go to the content of the article or a posters opinion. Here are some examples:

You'll see pretty much the same keywords on each thread suggesting to me that a single person is involved. I would ask that HHers hit the abuse link on each of these threads and ask the admin to
1) Clean up the keywords.
2) Suspend the posting privledges of the culprit.
3) Reveal the identity of the culprit.

The keyword thing bothers me too, LF. I have been ignoring them simply because it is obvious that we are dealing with an illiterate, infantile, shallow-end-of-the-gene-pool caveman-type.

Remember that as of late, we have been infiltrated by misplaced DUer's and my gut tells me that those are the people doing it (or probably the same person under different screen names).

the Admin Moderator has been really above par in ZOTTING their threads, but until they get bored of haunting FR, I have little hope of it stopping.

Here is what I wrote:

"Dear Moderator,

Would you please clean up the key-words on this thread? There are various Two Towers related threads that have the same insulting key words placed on them, leading me to believe it is being done by one poster.

I would also ask that you either suspend posting privileges for the one posting the key words (because he obviously can't handle the posting responsibility) or at least reveal who it is so us masses can take him to task for his infantile behavior.
