You know what is tickin' me off is that my old dog has taken to going out to the barn to poop in the horse's stalls. WHYYYYYY?
To: Rocko
Well, let me know if you change your mind.
To: John Farson
You're welcome! My Rose has not read the books, so I've been spending a lot of time filling her in on some of the information not covered in the movies. :)
To: Rocko
And so it was said, that the stables of Rohan overflowed with the finest horsey poo in all of Middle Earth..."...And Shadowfax was his name. He was as a shade at night and his horsey poo glowed in the dark like dying embers of heated coal...
LOL!

It's all about comfort, Hair. It's nice and toasty warm in there and all that fresh hay to wipe with. Who wouldn't be tempted?
To: RMDupree
well, me for one.

Now we know why the Lost Tales were lost.

Thanks, Scott! I hope to return Saturday or Sunday. My brother has a birthday this weekend and I think a trip to it would be an appropriate present.
Hi all, I'm here for a while. What's happening?

Off topic but - have I told you lately how cozy and inviting our New Hole is?
I smile everytime I open the thread and see the open door of Bag End. Thanks so much for our lovely home, HoTD. It's been a ready source of tranquility for me.
I really appreciate all of the hard work and love for the story and characters that inspired you to create our "home".
To: JenB
You don't want to know.

Ok, then. Let's improve this conversation!
Have we dates for EntMoot 2004 yet? I brought up the subject with my mother and she's fine with me going, so I am ready!

Well, the conversation is in the dumps.
To: Rocko
Somehow, I just can't picture Tolkien penning the words "horsey poo" anywhere, at any time in his life. Maybe it's just me.
To: HairOfTheDog; All
the conversation is in the dumps.Very punny!
Good evening, all!

Hi Jen!
Just passing the time here while my Windows XP patches download. The first one has taken over two hours and is just about done. I'll have to reboot after that and then I'll be back...hopefully. :)

Thank you Ruth! - I love it here... And I am glad everyone else does too.
Tomorrow though, I must break away and shop. The week of TTT must come to an end and life must resume! (Guilt is setting in!)

Good evening, Bear!
Can you believe that after two viewings, I am still eager to see TTT again? It's no wonder my friends and family think I have lost it.
To: RMDupree
Maybe Christopher Tolkien did it. I wouldn't be surprised.
