I know how Mr. M thought. The first time our foreman's wife made tortillas with blue dough, I thought she had gone off the deep end. Till that moment I had no idea there was blue corn.

Ok, /john, I'll remind you. I eat jalapenos like you do. The other day I found some bread and butter jalapeno pickles in WalMart. They are very good, not on Atkins, but I cheated. I mixed some with cream cheese, some thought it was a bit warm on the tongue, but others thought it was pretty good. I stuffed some celery with it and left some in the bowl for the chip eaters.
