How soon do you have to be out? That is the down side of selling the place. Packing, deciding what to keep and what not to keep. Wears me out to think about it. But you'll so enjoy the farm. :)

Don't think we'll ever move out of this house. I tell the kids that THEY can clean out the basement after I'm gone.
