Good morning, Nully. I'm back on dial-up. I downloaded some updates for Windows and Explorer, and now my ISP can't find my DSL modem. It worked just fine until after the download and installation of the updates. I've called tech support twice - I've downloaded and reinstalled the software for the modem twice, and reinstalled the ISP software. It still can't find my modem. AAAAHHH!!

Somehow, I KNEW you were gonna say that. I was also wondering where Ratty was to tell me to get a Mac. I've only had this computer a year and a half, and am not ready to buy a new one, so it will have to do for now.
