Actually, the "fresh" rating for TTT is at 96%, with the review you cite being the ONLY negative one (out of 26).
Thus, it is safe to say that the reviewer may be ignored as being quite more interested in "standing out" and being contrarian, than in honestly reviewing the film.
That, or whomever she was with stopped for drinks afterward and bolted out the restroom-window. considering the attitude presented in the review, I lean towards the "men's-room-ejection sequence" theory.
On the day I posted it, there were only 17 reviews. It's the extra positive reviews posted since which have allowed the percentage to rise from 93 to 96% positive. I had hoped it would stay at 100% positive, but I suppose that was a long shot for any film.
