The once lauded governor of Delaware is starting to feel some heat from her ukase of the smoking ban. Bar owners, others picket Minner.

A few other protesters weren't pleased with the presence of Joseph Lieberman.

It was probably not such a good idea to announce her plans to seek re-election in 2004.
