The terrine is in the oven. I hope it turns out ok. After it cools, I'll surround the entire thing in about 1/4 inch of aspic. The aspic turned out well, from the test piece.

I know this is probably audacious to you two.....but Guennie served Marie Callendar Pot Pies...for dinner with a salad.

It's been an extremely busy day....I wanted to clear my freezer for all my baked items....

..and well....they're actually quite tasty :)

Good luck to you tomorrow with the terrine. I hope it turns out perfectly for you.

I'm just waiting for my sister to drop her three youngest boys off. She and her husband have something this evening, and needed someone to watch them. We are going to decorate sugar cookies. I baked a cookie sheet last night, about 12 cookies, the rest of the dough is on the counter warming, the frosting is made, and the sprinkles and doodads are just waiting for them. Should be a fun evening...
