We need new flooring in the kitchen and master bed and bath, but that'll wait for a few months. I have to decide what I want. And, along with the new flooring in the kitchen will be new counter tops, and new appliance with some minor remodeling to accommodate the appliance configuration. It won't be the same as what is in there now. The built-ins aren't the best, and I like to cook, so they need to go!
