HI CG!! You are one busy gal. So glad your kitties are all doing fine. We got Amigo's ashes back Friday before last. I went to pick them up and they came in a glossy finished Oak box with a Gold name place on the front of it - "AMIGO". It is permanently sealed too. I'm glad. But it made me cry all over again. I had a bad weekend that weekend. I wandered around here trying to function, weeping at the drop of a hat because I could just imagine seeing him in all the places I was used to seeing him stretched out. The pain lessens a little each day but I am not going to be over him for awhile. It takes time. I loved that little guy so much and it has left a big hole here. But at least, I told myself, his final resting place is at HOME and not the City dump. I could not face that one. God Bless you for all your work on Toys for Tots! I no Yummie huh?

Hi, No, No Yummie. I am just certain someone has him.

Your little container for Amigo is much nicer than what I was given with Nacho's ashes. He came home in a non perm. sealed metal (sort of like a cookie container) round box that was a gold in color thing. He too is home.

Taco is not speaking to me tonite. He had surgery for a cyst between his shoulder blades. Thank god it is not the vaccinine associated cancer! But the cyst had to go..they can be risky. So he has to wear this little sweater thing which he hates and is trying to figure out how to get out of. He ran under the bed where he has been since we got home.

quigley from Down Under has now been moved into the garage. Ozzie just couldn't let that poor weak little skinny long in the tooth kitty be out in the cold. And it rained today. So Quigley has a little bed and his dishes and a litter box all to himself. The little guy thinks he is in heaven. He looks so bad and it is amazing he is still on terra firma. He has one very strong will to live and I can't take that from him no matter how bad he looks. He loves to be held, follows us around and eats...so we just look after him.

Picked up 42 toys today. The firehouse was locked up they were on a call and their boxes were overflowing. But overall donations are down compared to last year. I hope in our last week things pick up.

Ozzie may be looking at a redo on his hand surgery. He has had lots of pain and the trigger finger thing seems to be back...:( Missie is fine.she loves the puter and has tried her paws at typing. she meows to get the monitor on. >^.^< Think I better go read the threads here to see what you have all been doing. I bet you have had a present wrapping party with egg nog while I have been away, huh!
