George if only 19% of Democrats give Gore a favorable rating why would they pick such an obvious looser????

Because Gore will run such a nasty campaign that everyone else will be lower. Even the poll that has him at 19% has everyone else lower, and he hasn't started to talk ugly yet.

I really hope as you say, that he does run. GW will be an absolute shoe in.!! And I still don't think everything or even much of what the Clintons did to the country has been revealed yet. I know that Maureen thinks Hillary could win in 2008, but I don't hold out any hope for her other than the east and west coasts!! Flyover country will never vote for her.
