1. Of a menacing or threatening nature
Etymology: Minatory derives from Latin minatorius, from minari, "to threaten." It is related to menace.

you know, there is a storefront down the street that has a sign which says "Golden" on it. I never even noticed it. a neighbor was mentioning it at a BBQ over the summer, he had noticed it and was wondering what it was. it is next to a subway sub shop and a drycleaners. xshub and i noticed an ad in the Washingtonian magazine for it and it is a lewd place of some sort!
