Someone has to call you on your lies, untruths and falsehoods.

It just so happens that my turn to be the crap monitor happened to fall at the same time that you decided to post your inane drivel.

You have yet to refute anything I have said. All you keep doing is hurling insults with nothing to back it up. Give me some facts. If the way I saw this is drivel, then quit responding with drivel.

Sapp didn't attack him. He told Sherman to put a jersey on. BFD.

This is football, and emotions run high. The hit wasn't a cheap shot either. It was rough and tough and hard, but it was a clean hit, not from behind, and not at the facemask, and it's unfortunate that Clifton was hurt.

It's football though. Not the ice capades.

BTW - I'm a Lions fan, and Tampa and Green Bay are both rivals so I have no dog here.

You're right it's not the ice capades. I have seen the hit several times now. The rules state that a player may not leave his feet delivering a blow. I guess he did not leave his feet. It also looked to me as he delivered the most force of the blow with his helmet. Maybe I saw that wrong too. Like I said, the NFL office has said it was a legal hit. Legal hit questionable, but definitely unnecessary. The Packer players now need to show Clifton they got his back. I'm quite sure they will be meeting in the post season. I don't know, but from everything I have seen about this incident there are as many people saying it was a cheap shot as saying it was a legitimate hit. It all depends on your perspective I guess.

You said "Sapp chased him all the way down the field yelling obsenities at the coach"

I have yet to see one single piece of footage aired that would support your lie, liar.

However, I have read from eyewitness accounts that it was Sherman who traversed over 100 yards away from his own locker room in seeking to assault Sapp verbally.

Tonight's MNF roundtable on ESPN roundly criticized Sherman for his unprofessional display while acknowledging that the hit by Sapp was clean and fully warranted.

Just wanted to show you how off the mark I am in saying he was going to attack Mike Sherman. I guess he just wanted to dance.

You are about as pathetic a figure as I've seen anywhere. You might try using your inferior intelligence on something like....a job.

Don't think for a minute that flattery is going to sway my opinion of you.

Maybe Kentucky isn't the hillbilly/redneck capital of the U.S anymore. I think now Florida can now have the honor of that distinction. If you weren't born there you are definitely fitting right in.

I'm from S. Calif.......

I've never stepped foot into Fla. my entire life.

You really are clueless, aren't you?

.......but the real point is that it was totally unnecessary, having no impact on the actual play. So while Sapp may have been within the rules, he was completely lacking in sportsmanship.

Do you and BRushisrightaliar alternate rowing that boat that you two sit alone in, or is simply the blowing wind of BRush's words filling your sails?

I know you know better than that, D. Squat.

Seems to me you're the one pretty much alone in this boat. I've noticed that people like you that have no facts on their side normally resort to personal insults. Usually it's to compensate for something lacking in their lives. Get the feeling this has less to do with Sapp and more to do with the BIG hole_n_one in your life.

I wonder if Warren Sapp has bothered to call Chad Clifton at the hospital in Tampa, even send flowers. I doubt if he'd bother, because Sapp isn't man enough to say, "sorry, man, for almost killing you."
