HTML Question

Can anyone out there in cyberland help me figure out how to receive e-mail messages in HTML format? I use Outlook Express and all my e-mails arrive in text format without photos. I called Dell and they are totally useless. They told me to check www.actden.com which offers some basic help with outgoing mail, but mentions nothing about incoming mail.
I thought Dell was supposed to offer all this tech support.

O.K. I followed your instructions again in OE6. After Tools/Options/Read, there are four things to check or uncheck they are:

Mark message read after ___seconds
Auto-expand grouped messages
Automatically download message when viewing in Preview Pane
Show Tool Tips in message list for clipped items.

Those are the only checkable options. The rest of this box is about News or Fonts.
