I think it's mazel tov. I like Ari, he seems to have a great, dry sense of humor.

As for Harold Ford, I agree that he offers nothing new, but the media have adopted him as the great black hope, so even if Pelosi wins the minority leader position, it's going to be all Harold, all the time from the press.

He's fired a gun...er smoking cell phone at truckers, pulled a long gun on 5 Memphis Light Gas & Water workers. Another uncle who recently died had his in to the tune of $10M the State tried to get back..no luck there. daddy dearest was part of bank fraud..got of because of who and what he is a black politician. Two more uncles sit on the Memphis & Shelby County Commission & Mempis City Council. Both are CROOKED. The Fruit does not fall far from the Tree..in this case daddy dearest..harold ford SR. Speaking of mazel tov:

Ariel Sharon, comes to Washington for meetings with George W. For the

state dinner, Laura decides to bring in a special kosher chef and have

a truly Jewish meal.

At the dinner that night, the first course is served and it is matzoh

ball soup. George W. looks at this and after learning what it is

called he tells an aide that he can't eat such a gross and

strange-looking brew. The aide says that Mr. Sharon will be insulted

if he doesn't at least taste it.

Not wanting to cause any trouble, after all he ate sheep's eye in

honor of his Arab guests, George W. gingerly lowers his spoon into the

bowl and retrieves a piece of matzoh ball and some broth. He

hesitates, then swallows and a grin appears on his face. He digs right

in and finishes the whole bowl.

"That was delicious," he says to Sharon. "Do the Jews eat any other

part of the matzoh or just the balls?"
