Lefty Dems are so stupid.Try to be more convincing when you pose.R v. W is a supreme court descision it can only be overturned by another s court case or Constitutional amendment.The first option is not even pending the second would be difficult to impossible with Rep unanimity much less congress now.Or are you proposing Ashcroft do it under martial law you know when we call it to disenfranchise women and reintroduce African slavery.

I would love to see a State Supreme court case that upheld some little restriction on abortion- like parental notification- only to see the Supreme court smack it down based on Roe. Then the governor of that state backed by his supreme court refuses to back down and sites the Constitution. What would the Feds do? Would they invade based on the illegal Roe decision?
