I meant to ask you... do you think that this could be frozen and reheated okay? I wasn't quite sure since it had all the eggs in it. We are trying to make things for her that she can put in the freezer and take out when she needs a quick meal.

I really don't know about freezing the sausage/egg casserole - ours never last that long.

Someone here will be able to tell you though. ;-)
