All of 'use to be', me- I was born a democract, got to be voting age had to purchase my poll tax in order to vote and the clerk filled out the form 'democract' never asking you.
The poll tax cost 2.00. No poll tax, no vote. I still have mine and gonna have it framed. This was in the 50's, in Mississippi, get the reason for the poll tax? It was wrong but it was the law.
