I can't really tell, chickie... I know how I feel, yers truly will be voting AGAINST any tax increase. Hell, cut the arts budget. Cut the park bathroom budget. There's plenty o' fluff cash already. I am a strict anti-tax Republican.

I've talked to some other folks about this-- greenie folks that are concerned about the effect that highway construction has on the deer habitat and whatnot-- some conservatives whose opinions I hold alot higher than those of rapid treehuggers who told me they'll be cussin' me out when they're stuck on I-64 in rush hour traffic... So it seems like a mixed bag-- probably be a close one...

i am afraid the No.VA contingent will be suckered into thinking it will help with traffic congestion, which is just a load of crap. But even the RINOs up here like Tom Davis, and John Warner are for it. ON the bright side, i have received several calls advocating against it, and there was someone at the grocery store with literature against it also. i want it dead.
